Maintenance Management System Implementation

New system for maintenance requests, incident response, and preventive programs.

This project introduced a structured Maintenance Management System at L'Arcada to improve efficiency and reliability. A WhatsApp channel was implemented for breakdown and incident reporting, allowing faster response times for maintenance requests. In addition, both preventive and corrective maintenance programs were developed, along with proper documentation, to ensure ongoing care of facilities. With this system, L'Arcada can better manage resources, prevent issues, and provide a safer and more organized environment for all activities.
