Luis Rosillo

Luis Rosillo is an electromechanical technician with more than 20 years of experience in the maintenance area. He began his career in Venezuela, his country of origin, and for a few years now in Catalonia, currently in Banyoles. He joined the L'Arcada ministerial team in June 2024 as Head of Maintenance. His mission is to ensure that the facilities, equipment and machinery are in optimal condition throughout the year and in compliance with the legal requirements relating to maintenance and safety, especially in the summer season, where in addition to preventive maintenance, he takes an active role in resolving requests received by the maintenance area so that the camps have the best possible version of L'Arcada, together with the support of volunteers.

His connection with L'Arcada began in 2024 when his son-in-law told him that L'Arcada needed a new maintenance manager. When Luis learned that it was a Christian foundation, he decided to take a step of faith and apply, as he was praying for a job where he could help other people learn about the gospel. For a few weeks prior to joining, he volunteered and within a few days he was able to confirm what he had been praying for: he knew he was about to join a Christian foundation where he felt the fellowship and passion for sharing the gospel.
